GENERAL INFORMATION
Maveli operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). The store is powered by Shopify Inc., Shopify Commerce Singapore Pte. Ltd. or Shopify International Limited.

These Terms of Service, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy (the "Terms"), govern your use of the Services and any purchases made through them. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or any other non-waivable legal rights.

1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your place of residence. To make a purchase, we may ask for information such as your email address and your billing, payment and shipping details. You agree that this information will be accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer or assign your account to anyone else.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
We do our best to display our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings, and such variations are not considered defects. We may modify descriptions, discontinue products or limit quantities per person, region or order, without affecting orders already confirmed.
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the applicable laws of your country of residence.

3. SAFE USE OF PRODUCTS
Our products are intended for babies and must always be used under adult supervision. Before use, check that the size is appropriate, make sure there are no loose or damaged parts, and follow the washing and care instructions on the label. Monitor your baby's temperature to prevent overheating. Stop using the product if it shows any damage. We are not liable for any damage resulting from use contrary to these instructions or to those on the product label, unless otherwise required by law.

4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase and authorize us to charge the full amount to your chosen payment method. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order for justified reasons (for example, lack of stock, a pricing error, suspected fraud or inability to ship to your address). In that case, we will notify you and fully refund any amount charged.
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet shipped, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Purchases are intended for personal or household use, not for resale.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices may change at any time, but the price applied to your order will be the one in effect when you placed it, as shown in your order confirmation email.
- European Union customers: displayed prices include applicable VAT.
- Customers in other countries: applicable taxes, duties or import fees will be shown before checkout is completed whenever possible. If the authorities in your country apply additional charges when the package arrives, these will be your responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping costs, if any, will be displayed before you confirm your order. If a promotion has its own terms, those terms will prevail. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the details are correct.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and are detailed in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier issues, customs processing, weather events, strikes or government actions.
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when you receive the order at the delivery address provided. If an order is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, the terms of our Return & Refund Policy will apply. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds and issues with defective products are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including trademarks, names, logos, text, images, graphics, reviews, videos and designs, are owned by Maveli or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. You may only use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or publish them without our prior written consent. Purchasing a product does not grant you any intellectual property rights in it. Shopify trademarks and those of other third parties belong to their respective owners.

9. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
The Services may include tools or links to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their operation or any purchases you make through them. We recommend reviewing their terms before using them.

10. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The store is powered by Shopify, but any purchase you make is concluded directly with Maveli. Shopify is not a party to, or responsible for, that sale.

11. PRIVACY
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because the store is hosted on Shopify, some information about your browsing and purchases is processed by Shopify and by service providers that may be located outside your country of residence, with the safeguards required by data protection laws.

12. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you send or post reviews, photos, suggestions or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt and publish it for purposes related to the Services, including promotion. You confirm that you have the right to share it, that it is truthful, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or the law. If your photos include people (including minors), you confirm that you have their consent or that of their legal guardians. We may moderate or remove any Feedback that is unlawful, offensive or contrary to these Terms.

13. ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
If we detect an obvious error in a product's price, description or availability, we may correct it. If it affects an order already placed, we will offer you the option to continue with the purchase under the correct terms or to cancel it with a full refund of the amount paid.

14. PROHIBITED USES
You may only use the Services for lawful purposes. You may not, among other things: use them for fraudulent or illegal purposes; infringe intellectual property rights; harass or harm anyone; provide false information; send spam; impersonate another person; introduce viruses or malicious code; copy, scrape or resell any part of the Services; or use robots, scrapers or automated tools to access them. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

15. AUTOMATED AGENTS
Any software or agent acting autonomously on behalf of a person ("Agent") may only access the Services if it identifies itself as such at all times (including "Agent/[agent name]" in its user agent string), does not conceal its nature, does not bypass CAPTCHAs or other control measures, and answers truthfully if asked whether it is a human. We may limit or block any Agent's access.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
General information on the website is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that use of the Services will be uninterrupted or free of technical errors. This disclaimer does not affect, under any circumstances, the legal guarantee of conformity of the products or any other rights granted to you by law as a consumer.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Maveli shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or damages resulting from improper use of the Services or products, or from use contrary to their instructions. Where liability exists, it shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
This limitation does not apply to damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence, to personal injury, or to any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to hold Maveli harmless from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, the law or the rights of third parties, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. This will not affect orders already confirmed or your rights regarding them. Clauses that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, etc.) will remain in effect.

20. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain valid. If any part of these Terms conflicts with your rights as a consumer, those rights will prevail.

21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND ASSIGNMENT
These Terms and the policies they refer to constitute the entire agreement between you and Maveli regarding the Services. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent. We may assign this agreement, provided that doing so does not reduce your rights as a consumer.

22. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, this choice of law will not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring claims before the courts of your place of residence. Before going to court, we invite you to contact us at mavelisupport@gmail.com so we can try to resolve any issue amicably.

23. LANGUAGE
These Terms are available in Spanish and English. The version in the language in which you made your purchase will apply.

24. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You agree to receive communications related to your orders, returns, account and these Terms electronically (by email, account notifications or notices on the website). You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.

25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting the new version on this page with the date of the update. We will notify you of material changes as required by law. Orders will always be governed by the Terms in effect at the time they were placed.
